Provide strategic direction and leadership for DevOps projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor and optimize DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in all DevOps activities. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project progress. Experience & Qualifications 6 to 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, with a strong emphasis on Azure DevOps. Proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects. Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
