Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in technology sales or business development, with significant exposure to India GCCs and domestic clients. Proven track record achieving and exceeding sales targets year-on-year (details available during interview). Experience managing and growing a substantial number of strategic accounts. Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline valued in the multi-crore range to drive predictable revenues. Deep understanding of technology services/products relevant to GCCs and domestic enterprises. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead sales cycles end-to-end. Familiarity with sales CRM tools and sales performance metrics. Willingness to travel as needed across client locations. Preferred: Experience in pharma, life sciences, retail, or technology sectors servicing GCCs. Knowledge of India’s GCC ecosystem and domestic market dynamics. Established networks within key GCC decision-makers and domestic enterprise clients.
