Support in new client acquisition and business development. Thought leadership on global emerging trends. Skill set Extensive experience (7 + years) of handling / managing compliances projects. Experience of conducting, managing audits and reviews Robust project handling skills Experience in corporate secretarial/ corporate governance matters including Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading compliances. *Mandatory skill sets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail *Preferred skill sets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail *Years of experience required 5-7 yrs. exp *Education Qualification Law graduate is must, additional qualification of Company Secretary and/ or any other compliance certification would be preferred.
