Job Description & Summary A career within Merger and Acquisition Tax, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage M&A Tax to enhance their customer experiences *Responsibilities: M&A Tax & Regulatory practice provides end-to-end solutions for different types of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, inbound and outbound advisory, transaction and business model structuring, due diligence and family arrangements. The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of a Manager will include the following: ● Ideation and end to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness ● Conducting due diligence on targets ● Client relationship management ● Interaction with Government authorities ● MIS management ● People management ● Business development ● Interaction with other advisors and professionals within and outside the firm. *Mandatory skill sets Working in this discipline will see a Manager working on multiple engagements and teams (sizes of which will vary depending on client/project).
