" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned - Offer Configuration Specialist Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Credit Card Offer Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our client’s top priority: new customer acquisition, specifically by driving sign-ups for new credit card accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously configuring credit card offers within the client’s proprietary systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Support the client’s Marketing team with the end-to-end setup of credit card offers. Accurately follow detailed setup procedures, including defining base package details, reward syntax, and variables required to generate unique offer URLs. Conduct thorough pre-live and post-release Quality Assurance (QA) on all configured offers to ensure flawless execution. Provide project management support and assistance with troubleshooting system errors as needed, ensuring timely resolution. Mandatory skill sets: Cognos Experience: Familiarity with Cognos analytics and reporting tools. Aprimo Experience: Experience with Aprimo marketing resource management software. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new staff/analysts. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
