" Job Description & Summary: A career in Procurement, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and manage the procurement of all goods and services required by PwC for operational and strategic purposes. As a part of the team, you’ll assist in developing our standard practices and compliance infrastructure, managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers to aid in the strategic selection of suppliers, supplier diversity, and contract negotiations. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for the acquisition of services and capital equipment and goods. We serve as the relationship manager for both internal clients and suppliers by seeking appropriate solutions for all sourcing needs, creating, reviewing, and negotiating contractual arrangements through thought leadership, subject matter specialisation, and strategic advising. Responsibilities: We are seeking talented individuals with the following skillset: Proven experience in the procurement of travel, hotels, and events categories. Strong sourcing abilities, negotiation, and contracting expertise, along with proficiency in MIS analysis and reporting. Demonstrated experience in managing Pan-India indirect services sourcing including residential and non-residential events, airlines, and hotels. Collaborate effectively with vendors, risk teams, and other stakeholders to complete vendor due diligence. Implement category management strategies, execute RFx processes for travel and events, and manage supplier relationships. Draft, review, and lead negotiations for third-party supplier contracts, such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Possess strong team management capabilities. Regularly generate and present MIS reports for management review.
