Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce BA Responsibilities: · Perform analysis of User requirements and translated requirements into functional solutions in the form of User Stories · To support a team of developers and QAs to implement solutions while providing proactive feature suggestions · To conduct Client Demos during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / release cycles phase along with triaging the bugs and preparing test scenarios with business users · To collaborate with the QA team to review the test cases and define the scope for various projects for QA team during implementation · Actively participate in QA activities including A/B testing to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle · Support the update of functional documentation to reflect any changes to the functional design, including Training material · Support the Support/admin member in responding user requests as needed · Support Cross workstream solution discussion bringing Salesforce perspective, dependency and impact management (upstream/ downstream) · Support and coordinate Data Migration activities as applicable – SAP/ Non-SAP ERP systems in Salesforce · Pipeline management with grooming, refining and execution of the stories across minor/ major releases and hot fixes · Use Azure DevOps as platform for pipeline management and delivery · Work closely with the Program Manager and Core team to establish communication with stakeholders on upcoming changes with minor/ major releases / salesforce release impact and changes · Support cross-workstream co-ordination, alignment and risk management Mandatory skill sets: · 7-10 years of hands-on experience as a Functional consultant with Salesforce · In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud – end to end flow, configurations and be able to understand and do setups · Be able to navigate and coordinate a large user base spread across geographies - understand their business needs and work with the team to come up with the industry leading practice usage of Salesforce features to meet expectations. · Excellent communication skills.
