Responsibilities: An SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) Consultant designs, configures, and implements supply chain planning solutions, specializing in modules like Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), or Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS). They bridge business requirements with IT solutions, ensuring optimal inventory, production scheduling, and integration with SAP ERP. Key Responsibilities System Configuration & Design: Configure SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, GATP) to meet business requirements. Process Analysis: Analyze current supply chain processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities. Integration (CIF): Manage Core Interface (CIF) for data synchronization between SAP APO and SAP ERP. Testing & Support: Create functional/technical specs, perform unit/integration testing, and provide post-go-live support. Data Management: Ensure data integrity, validate data, and create reports within APO.
