PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Responsibilities: 🔹 SAP BASIS Administration Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, PI/PO, Solution Manager) Perform system copies, client administration, and transport management Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks Apply patches, support packages, and kernel upgrades 🔹 AMS Support Provide day-to-day support for SAP systems in production and non-production environments Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BASIS Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution Ensure system availability and performance SLAs are met 🔹 Implementation & Migration Participate in SAP system installations and landscape design Support SAP upgrades and migrations (OS/DB, HANA, cloud) Assist in planning and executing cutover activities Collaborate with project teams during go-live and hypercare phases 🔹 Security & Compliance Manage user roles, authorizations, and profiles Ensure compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery procedures *Mandatory Skill sets: SAP BASIS, S4HANA, Migration Project experience *Person Specification: Highly confident with providing to support users Strong attention to detail and a keen to desire deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.
