Job Description & Summary: Interact with external customers and development of robust and performant solutions Create solutions keeping architecture & best practice principles in mind for new business requirements Focus on delivering the solution as configurable and provide alternate solutions wherever possible. Responsibilities: Extensive hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of ServiceNow SPM and at least one other module (CSM, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, ITOM, GRC, or APP Engine Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities Able to understand complex customer requirements and design effective solutions for the same Hands on experience with third party & web services integration (SOAP and REST) Strong technical skills on web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP) Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment Understanding of ITIL framework Experienced to work in Agile software development environments Very good communication & presentation skills, proactive mindset and capacity to learn and work independently ServiceNow CSA Certification is mandatory Mandatory skill sets: Good to Have Skills: Experience of rolling out-out standard mobile applications available on ServiceNow Experience on implementing chatbots and AI Knowledge of DevOps & automated testing Service Portal development in ServiceNow Experience in working on public clouds – AWS, Azure, GCP etc Experience in Product evaluation Integration experience with infrastructure monitoring solutions Exposure in defining UX ITIL & ServiceNow certified Preferred skill sets: Interact with external customers and development of robust and performant solutions Create solutions keeping architecture & best practice principles in mind for new business requirements Focus on delivering the solution as configurable and provide alternate solutions wherever possible Years of experience required: 5+ yr Education qualification: · Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA, or a related field.
