Responsibilities: Workday US Payroll Expert Lead US Payroll module configuration and operational activities in Workday. Ensure adherence to US federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Manage payroll tax setup, reconciliation, and filing processes. Integrate payroll with benefits and time tracking modules for accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing issues with minimal disruption. Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors for data exchanges and audit compliance. Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation and workflows. Train payroll teams on Workday payroll functionalities and best practices. Support audits from tax authorities and payroll internal controls. Monitor legislative changes and update payroll configurations proactively.
