Job Description Corrective and Preventive maintenance to ensure all MAEs are properly maintained and operational Maintenance Planning & Scheduling through SAP. Preventive maintenance / Predictive maintenance to reduce the unplanned breakdown and to improve OEE KPI tracking such as MTBF, MTTR, PMI completion and other metrics Spares management: Spare parts planning and procurement / Spare parts repair and service Assist maintenance personnel by providing technical guidance, Support in troubleshooting, resolve and ensure fast resolution of breakdowns Audit preparing for maintenance topic ( System audits, IATF & ISO, HSE) Implement process improvement projects in collaboration with CFT and to achieve the VSO targets Kaizens (improvement) topics Budget planning & track the utilization to achieve maintenance KPI's Manpower planning and handling Qualifications B.E / B.Tech. (Mechanical) Year of experience: 6 to 8 years Additional Information Required competencies: Technical: Maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machineries Knowledge in Manufacturing & Assembly process Preventive maintenance and Improvement projects Basic quality tools, Data analytic tools (5 why) Knowledge in FMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow chart, Process data sheet, Work Standards etc. Behavioral: Cross function relations management Strong communication skills Attention to details Strong in result orientation Functional depth and analytical skills Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Electronics India Private Ltd.
