Job Description Regular : * Responsible for Tracking and reducing the Internal Defects costs due to production, supplier and process Via SFMC Meeting and PDCA preparation for Charcon VS. * Product falure analysis ( Electrical failure analysis) * Coordination for system and Process Audits * Coordination for scrap accounting in SAP * Operational KPI tracking related to Q * Process confirmation * EWS adherance * Q-Alert Adherence * FT and EFT Clearance on time * Q-Block clearance. Periodic: * Reporting of IDC. * Layered Process Confirmation reports * Improvement projects for quality. * Prepare PDCA for IDC * Internal (AWP ) complaints closure through systematic problem solving. * Co-ordination for supplier complaints. * A3 PSS and supplier 8D. * Proces audit and customer audit co-ordinaion. WI preparation and revision ( Q topics). Additional information: * IDC reduction, * 0 customer complaint and interplant complaint, * 14Q Adherence. * Co-ordination and preparation for visits and audits to production lines from Customer / RB/etc * Analysis WIP, Qualifications Diploma or BE in Electrical / Electronics with 4 to 6 years Additional Information Problem solving skills Electrical Analysis skills, ISO9001/ ITAF 16949.
