Job Description * Good knowledge in Molding (Transfer or Injection molding) and Tooling's *Good knowledge in ADC Cleaning and PCBA cleaning *Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR * Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release. * 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding. * Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach. * Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects) * Process Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity. * PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements. * New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External) * Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement. * CT reduction and Validation with DOE. * Coordination with development and lead plant for process and new products. Qualifications BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Engineering Additional Information Technical Problem Solving Methodology with deep dive root cause analysis, DOE,PDCA, FMEA, Process Capability, Ability to create and develop Dashboards (Tablue /Power BI) to analyze failure wrt his/her process. As a specialist he/she has applied his knowledge successfully and independently. Has knowledge how to coach others. Behavioral Willingness to learn, can grasp new aspects fast, independent and initiative. Is able to give and receive qualified feedback.
