Job Description 1) ECR review and approval 2) Maintain ECR tracker 3) Technical confirmation for changes 4) Initiate service request for EWAK 5) Participate in daily Team board meeting 6) Update daily trial status to CFT 7) Check BOM for during date change request to avoid conflict with next ECR's 8) Ensure technical readiness and trial execution in lines 9) ECR weekly meeting with CFT 10) Production planning meeting 11) Preparation of weekly trial plan for department 12) Monthly KPI preparation 13) Monthly capacity reservation for trial execution 14) Ensure timely approval of ECR's from Plant side 15) Coordinate with PDM, CLP, QMM for ECR approvals on time 16) Ensure ECRs are tracked on time and reviewed 17) Ensure on time Master Data creation for 10 digit & 13 digit 18) On time implementation of HW & SW changes along Qualifications Electronics Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience preferably in the manufacturing companies in the same industry with SAP and Change managment knowledge Additional Information 1) Engineering Change Management 2) SAP Knowledge 3) EWAK execution and documentation 4) Ensures goal attainment by being open to new approaches. 5) Takes action based on a comprehensive understanding of a given situation. 6) Is aware of how own work will change based on scenario changes. 7) Accepts responsibility for accomplishments and failures. 8) Acknowledges own conscious biases and displays openness to confront others from a positive position.
