Job Description Hourly target setting for operators and compliance check through process confirmation. Analysis of production losses(Daily Basis) and Systematic solutions to Production issues Regular Communication to operators on Safety, quality & production Deployment of skilled manpower to line Ensure operators are working according to standards (Work instruction, Handling instruction etc.) Eliminate production related failures through systematic problem solving methods Maintain & improve 5S in shifts Conduct regular audits (LPA/LPC) Leading shift meetings to improve the production KPI Production planning for respective shifts Type wise fullfillment in respective shift Adherance to all the safety requirements Qualifications B. Responsibilities

This role involves setting hourly targets for operators, ensuring compliance through process confirmation, and systematically analyzing and resolving daily production losses. Responsibilities also include leading shift meetings, conducting regular audits, and maintaining 5S standards.
