Job Description Ensuring production target are met with Safety and Quality standard adherence Achieve Plan Vs Actual, Achieve KPI _ Utilization , IDC , QCD Analysis of loss contributors Ensure Associates /operators are working according to standards (Work instruction, Handling instruction, etc.)On job training for new associates and enhancement of operators multi skilling5s and Quality improvement Responsible for Process Confirmation _ LPCConduct regular audits - layer process confirmation Implementation and adherence to the Quality Standard Problems solving through systematic approach - 5 Why, PSS Responsible for daily meetings /Audit / Visit Preparation Inventory Accuracy Responsible for Shift SFMC & IDC Review Qualifications Engineering in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical.
