Job Description Keys Tasks & Responsibilities of current position: Execute production process as per process flow and control plan Follow all check sheets, autonomous checks /line start up instructions etc . Orderliness and cleanliness (5s) , Maintain IPN standards in coil area Ensure 0 defect in product quality. Training of technicians as per training plan & skill matrix improvement. Reduce rework and rejection. Execution of daily/monthly production plan. Knowledge of control system & camera system. Knowledge about lean manufacturing system. Knowledge of control documents Control plan, Process flow & PFMEA. Knowledge of line documents work instruction, Autonomous check sheet, First part Inspection sheet, 3 S Check sheet. Set up change over. Enhance utilization and efficiency. Follow Health, Safety & Environment rules and guideline. Kaizen improvements. Rotation as FLM in all 3 shifts Qualifications B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Production 5 to 7 Years Additional Information KPIs linked to policy deployment Improve OEE levels of assembly lines. Reduce "0" Km customer complaint. Reduce Internal failure cost (IDC) Improve productivity: pcs/manhr and pcs/hour on coil lines. Improve First Pass Yield (FPY) on coil lines. Responsibilities
