The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products. Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated Project Manager and Process engineering to support New manufacturing projects. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, robotics, Automation who are looking to transition into manufacturing project management & process engineering Key Responsibilities Robotics automation and application I4.0 and MES activities Programming support Assist in manufacturing process planning and development. Coordination with machine manufacturer for process development and coordination Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, CTG,Engg etc.) to ensure timely completion of project tasks. Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and action trackers. Support project budgeting, resource planning, and risk management. Monitor daily progress and escalate delays or issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project execution. Participate in project review meetings and prepare status updates. Ability to create simple dashboards(PowerBI) to track project KPIs like timelines. Required Skills Robotics knowledge Automation and programming skils Basic knowledge of project lifecycle and manufacturing processes. Hands-on exposure to tools like MS Excel, MS Project, SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills. Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn. Digital Tools knowledge will be added advantage. Qualifications B.E – Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics 1+ years of experience in manufacturing/quality/production roles.
