Job Description Understand business requirements w.r.t. operations & people management at ChkP HRBP – for Non-M&SS (Permanent Technicians) LTS - Upskilling digitalisation & PMS management Supporting for IR initiatives & Union management MIS – ER & Payroll activities Statutory Compliance for ChkP and ESP ESP / Contract labour management End to end Handling Disciplianry case for both BCAs. Preparing the show cause notice/warnig letters etc. AUD / Customer audit compliances BCAs grievance handling & employee connect. Employee engagement initiatives Maintianing harmonious employee reations with all the stakeholders within Bosch and the external stakeholders too. Laisioning with external agencies governement, industries, and industrial associations. Ensuring the budgetory cost compliance & optimisation Qualifications 10-15 years of industrial experience in IR & legal compliance management Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management or a related field Strong understanding of various Act & Lawas related to factory & legal compliances Experience in Union Management, ESP management Additional Information Positive attitude.
