Job Description Understand business requirements of headcounts Co-ordination with TPA for engaging trainees Co-ordination with internal customer for HC requirement Ensuring Induction training to trainees Ensuring refresh training to Trainees & BCAs Ensuring compliances for statutory requirements - attendance & training mandays etc. Ensuring No NCs for customer & other audits Skill matrix co-ordination with internal customers & record keeping of compiled details TQS co-ordination & implementation HC Analysis & engagement with trainees Updating DOJO / Q academy Trainee career improvement initiatives & Trainee Management. Rresponsible for overall development of trainees Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field 8 -12 years of industrial experience in trainining & development, flexi manpower management Strong understanding of hiring, training activities, customer audits etc. Experience in handlining high-volume hiring and training process Positive attitude.
