Job Description First point of contact for business units and divisions for NPD projects, responsible for managing platform and application projects Interface between business unit (BU) and material field purchasing (PDxy) Responsible for achievement of project goals (Cost, quality, deadlines, budget and capacity) Responsible for the MAT cost calculation for new customer acquisition project Responsible for ICT calculation for Business plan (BP) and submitting Current forecast (CF) Release MIS on New project development Status and ECR Projects (ABS/ESP) Responsible for change management of purchased parts and technical cost saving projects (RPP), provide project related information to all Plant and CP stakeholders after the project kickoff Initiate ECR for SICR (Supplier Initiated Change Request), RPP and other change projects. Initiating RFQC, arrange for technical discussion (TLG) or feasibility check with suppliers, coordinating with PDxy for closing the RFQC. Global / Local purchasing evaluation (PE) and review (PR) based on type of project application project or platform project) Coordinating with suppliers for development of samples, providing technical support to suppliers for development related activities Coordinating with suppliers for timely arrival and receipt of PPAP/PSW samples for NPD project, Die duplication, and RPP project Responsible for CIJ and BANF raising and approval for tool PO, Initiate BANF for D- PPAP sample procurement. Qualifications B.E in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Automobile Experience – 4 to 5 years of vendor development activity in Automotive industry handling commodity like stamping, Nonferrous casting, plastic. Should have good knowledge of Quality System Should be good in Communication and inter-personnel skills. Additional Information Support team member for Internal and external audits. Co-ordinate with department member to gather data for MIS Prepare Current forecast – CF Involve in Business Plan activity and compile and share data
