Job Description Pneumatic Test Bench – Process owner Establish testing as per test data sheet (PDS) Ensure testing machine capability (Cg,Cgk), GRR Lead process control & optimization (to meet Quality, Productivity, Failure cost targets) Evaluate testing failure with QC tools, root cause analysis and actions implementation Continuous Improvement (eg - Kaizen & Yokoten)ECR and 4M change initiate/validate/implementation Implement digital EWS to detect testing failures proactively and reduce downtime/scrap Essential skills Pneumatic testing equipments Pneumatic circuits Data analysis Air pressure and leakage concepts Test specification interpretation Desirable skills. Change management (CR) Continuous Improvement Evaluate leakages from assembly to component level Capability study (Cg/Cgk),GRR Qualifications Any BE/BTech 5+ years experience in testing Legal Entity: Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd.
