Job Description Functional Planning Estimate investments & TEK (Technical capacity), administer Zero base costing to optimise MAT cost, Logistic cost through Supply Chain Network Design (SCND) & organize Business Case evaluation for Platform & relocation projects as per PS Process Compass Lead time for business case evaluation Operations Management Develop Process Flow, Line concept, FMEA, Lean manufacturing concepts for all New products & participate in International Production Network (IPN) connect Smooth Industrialisation and ramp up during industrialisation; Zero defect & Interruption free manufacturing process Technology Management 1 Define technology fields for manufacturing with Core, Key and Standard processes for New products, Plan front loading of Competence development, Establish training framework & standard for assessing Technology Competence level. Critical process development & number of expert available Technology Management 2 Administer pool of experts for Core Technologies at PSIN with PS Center of Competence (COC) Membership & Supervise working group meetings to achieve defined goals Manufacturing technology process Competence level development Qualifications Education: BE (Mech, Industrial Engineering, Automotive or Mechatronics) Additional Information Experience: Min. 3-5 years of work experience in a large Automotive Industry Intercultural working experience preferred (Within the country and across the regions World-Wide) Additional language like German, will be an added advantage Knowledge: Competent knowledge in BPS domain , TPM, Working according to standards Basic knowledge of Product engineering Advanced knowledge in MTM and Ergonomics knowhow for Lean line design skill: Competent in formal communication structures to understand Cross GB / cross divisional-PGL experience exchange Competent in Moderation skills Competent in Conflict management Legal Entity: Bosch Ltd.
