Job Description Regular : 1) Conducting Product Audit of produced parts with CAQ 2) Take decisions on quality issues, carry out containment actions 3) Train the Product auditors, Associates, Engineers on Product quality, QMS standards 4) Participation in PFMEA Line walks & shop floor Gemba meetings 5) Conduct LPC & DQRM meetings with CFT 6) Ensure adherence to all applicable IATF, AIAG, Bosch Internal guidelines in mfg. areas 7) Initiation & follow-up for D3 Containment, D4 Root cause analysis & D6,D7 actions 8) Mr. Customer role (Support Customers for CRI / CRIN Q-topics) & ensure CSR fulfillment 9) Coordinate Lessons learnt meetings with International production network 10) Lead the problem solving projects through System CIP projects/Speed Week / Shainin Periodic : 1) MIS preparation and reporting to plant management 2) Accompanying of customers/auditors during visit 3) CSR activities confirmation as per Customer Occasional : 1) Support audits, conduct trainings 2) Attend virtual meetings with overseas customers (Internal / External mainly from EU region) 3) Release of new machines, products and production processes Qualifications Degree: Graduate in Engineering (Mech/Production/Automobile) Post Graduation (if any): Not required Years of experience: 5~7 yrs in industry Specialized trainings: PFMEA, SPC, 8D, Six-Sigma, VDA6.5, VDA6.3 (but not mandatory) Active affiliations : Not required Other requirements: Desired know how of Automobile Engine systems & basic QMS Systems Additional Information Experience : Years of experience: 5~7 yrs in industry Required Skills & Experience : Broad Knowledge and experience in : Precision Machining components, Special Processes, Engine Mfg processes, SAP, MS Office, PP, Excel , Power BI, Data Analytics tools, MES/MAS Above average skills in : Conducting of training sessions, systematic problem solving Excellent skills in : Communication, Visit management General knowledge of : Mfg.processes, IATF16949 - QMS, VDA & ISO basic standards Experience in: Automotive Industry/mechanical industry, Handling Automobile OE customers Other :- Ability to work in team, customer orientation, Ready to travel to customer locations Personality traits : - Must be a good team player with win-win attitude - Willingness to handle conflicting situations with internal, external state holders - Must lead the team towards a conclusive decision with agreement from all members - AGILE, Ready to take new tasks, eager to learn Work Environment - Job involves intense interaction with various stake holders (Production, Engineering, Development, Technical Functions) including customers and occasional traveling Legal Entity: Bosch Ltd.
