Additional information can be accessed at www.bosch.in Job Description The purpose of this position is to create a culture in the value stream that embraces the adaption of BPS principles in line with business and BPS standards. Analyse existing systems and processes to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities for manufacturing excellence Assess and ensure implementation of BPS elements in alignment with Plant BPS vision SCIP project completion rate (%) Savings generated through SCIP Point CIP coverage (%) Employee Engagement Provide support for improvement projects by facilitating BPS tools, communicate results in line with BPS standards and collaborate with cross functional teams to improve BPS maturity in the value stream Develop BPS competency by imparting training, schedule networking events to benchmark on lean manufacturing Enable cross functional teams to address the operational issues and achieve BPS objectives Qualifications Bachelors degree in mechanical / industrial & production * Min 3-5 years in manufacturing * Experience of participating in lean improvement projects * Experience in lean methods related with production and logistics Additional Information * Competence knowledge of lean manufacturing and logistics methods * Advanced creative approach to problem solving * Advanced continuous improvement * Competent in BPS methodology and implementation of BPS elements in manufacturing * Expert in problem analysis, problem-solving, and design thinking Legal Entity: Bosch Ltd.
