Additional information can be accessed at www.bosch.in Job Description Talent Management (Fast track career program) and Employer Branding This Talent Management role is primarily responsible for end-to-end execution of the fast-track career program (JMP) and also responsible for shaping and driving the employer branding for Bosch in India. Talent Management and Fast track career program responsible: Lead the complete cycle for fast-track program cohorts—from manpower planning, sourcing, to driving Assessment Center for evaluation and Talent incubation for strategic hires in JMP program. Design and manage structured incubation plans, learning journeys, and rotational assignments for program participants. Coordinate learning interventions, coaching sessions, and development workshops aligned to program goals. Consult HR Business Partners and stakeholders (leaders, managers, and associates) on specific Talent Management processes such as Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession planning, Career development. Collaborate closely with functional leaders, HRBPs, and mentors to drive program alignment and ensure meaningful role placements and impactful program experiences. Ensure adherence to global program policies and governance standards. High accountability, execution discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with other people pillars to drive people excellence across employee-life cycle by way of integrated talent management practices In addition the role would also support for other Talent Management process such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Talent Review cycles and Performance Management. Excellent stakeholder management skills to partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and mentors for fast track program outcomes. Employer Branding responsible: Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned to the Bosch’s culture, people philosophy, and business priorities in Region India. Strengthen Bosch’s employer presence across campuses and external platforms through events, thought leadership, partnerships, and strategic engagement (excluding hiring operations). Track Bosch’s brand engagement metrics and talent perception data via external agencies and surveys to measure impact and recommend improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Corporate Communications, CSR, DEI, and business units to ensure unified messaging Engage employees and business leaders as brand ambassadors through structured campaigns and initiatives. Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Business Leaders to drive employer branding campaigns that reinforce a unified Employer Value Proposition for Bosch India. Creative mindset with an ability to conceptualize brand narratives. Qualifications Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in HR from a reputed institute 8+ years of HR Experience
