Job Description The purpose of this position is to ensure timely production fulfillment to meet customer demands. Logistics Planning: Record, consolidate and transmit the demands from customers to PPC planners. Liaise with customers to provide a supply commitment, report after delivery fulfilment and notify to mangers in the case of any deviations. Relationship Management: Co-ordinate with the manufacturing and PPC planners to ensure timely receipt of finished goods Digitalization: Implement digital projects to have an error free operations Compliance Management: Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) central directives and external laws namely foreign trade customs and taxation laws MA Packing Daily Shop Management: Responsible of Man, Material & Machine for MA packing shop with LSP, drives improvements in the area with target achievement in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery. Conduct & document checks / LPC to ensure conformance to safety, quality & shop-floor standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial production) Experience: 2 - 4 years work experience in handling order management and handling customers Knowledge: Production planning knowledge and understanding of lean concept Competent knowledge of inventory (finished goods) Competent knowledge of lean manufacturing like BPS or TPS Advanced knowledge of operations management, standing orders, Bosch Code of business conduct and related statutes Experience of Handling Manpower (Contract Labours), Quality Tools Functional Skills: Competent skills in ERP, SAP, material management, production planning & sales distribution modules Competent communication skills (English and local language) Additional Information
