Additional information can be accessed at www.bosch.in Job Description Logistics Management Adapt and meet logistics specific standards, processes, and systems within Outbound Physical logistics to fulfil dispatch requests to customers on time. Preparation and secure storage of legal documents for both pre and post documentation processes. Window time adherence for dispatches to customers / warehouses. Store Management Storage of all FG materials as per standards (safe and secure storage). Report and act on Blocked stocks Logistics quality incidents YoY. Physical Logistics Participate and liaise logistics operations compliant with internal guidelines viz. OMP ( Bosch India)/ PS Processes & methods , Central directives for Operations ,safe and secure storage of all Finished goods. Process optimization & productivity improvement. Escalation Management Notify and report physical logistics (Outbound) and material delivery topics to leadership team (As per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate management intervention wrt Finished goods handling. On time intervention and resolution of escalated topics People Management Organize the Logistics competency requirements training for the basis current and future trends and direct employee capability development accordingly Employee satisfaction index Compliance Management Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with Internal Guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) Central Directives and external laws namely Foreign trade Customs and taxation laws. Adhering to standards and no deviations in Audits Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial production) 5+ years work experience in outbound logistics area and stores management Additional Information Knowledge Competent knowledge in SAP - Warehouse, production planning, material management and sales distribution and logistics execution modules. Competent in IT tools viz. InTrack, RBIN gate pass & Power BI reports Competence in GST, taxation, export guidelines, safety topics, CL management & insurance. Expert in material flow, system control in warehouse management, storage & handling norms.
