We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change. Responsibilities: Work on end-to-end migration to Azure Local, from detailed planning through full-scale execution and stabilization. Own technical decision-making for Azure Local architecture, design, and implementation. Provide hands-on implementation, configuration, and optimization of Azure Local environments. Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, including performance, networking, storage, identity, and security challenges. Drive migration readiness assessments, dependency analysis, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with application, platform, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless migration and cutover. Ensure alignment with best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards. Mentor and guide engineers, reviewing designs, configurations, and migration runbooks. Support post-migration stabilization, performance tuning, and operational handover. Mandatory skill sets: 4+ years of overall IT experience, with significant exposure to enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms. Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Infrastructure as a Code, DevOps Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure or cloud migration programs. Deep expertise in: Windows Server, Failover Clustering, Hyper-V Networking (DNS, load balancing, routing, firewall integration) Storage (SAN, Storage Spaces Direct, performance tuning) Identity and access (Active Directory, Azure AD integration) Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, network, storage, and hybrid connectivity layers. Experience working in complex, multi-team enterprise environments. Preferred skill sets: Certification would be preferred in Azure or Microsoft. Years of experience required: 5 TO 7+ years Education qualification: B.E./ B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM/ B.SC - IT.
