As a Guidewire Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing Guidewire solutions that enhance our clients' insurance operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative projects across diverse geographies in India. Key Responsibilities: · Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate these into technical requirements for Guidewire implementations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. · Solution Design: Collaborate with development teams to design efficient Guidewire solutions and manage system configurations to meet business rules and process specifications. · Implementation & Testing: Facilitate the Guidewire platform implementation, conduct functional and system integration testing, and ensure successful deployment of solutions. · Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution and adoption. · Documentation: Develop comprehensive business specifications, flow diagrams, process documentation, and user guides for Guidewire applications. · Training & Support: Provide training sessions and support to end-users for successful adaptation to new systems and workflows. · Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, leveraging Guidewire features to enhance business value and operational efficiency. Qualifications: · Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certification is a plus. · Experience: Minimum 7 years of overall experience with at least 4 years focused on Guidewire InsuranceSuite – PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. · Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of general insurance processes, including policy administration, underwriting, claims, and billing. · Technical Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire configuration tools, JIRA, and understanding of Agile methodologies. · Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of interacting with diverse teams and presenting complex ideas clearly. · Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to assess business needs, propose viable solutions, and deliver tangible results.
