Responsibilities: · Execute projects relating to Contract Life Cycle Transformation (CLM), Contract Analytics and implementation of CLM technologies · Gain functional expertise on contracts and contract life cycle management · Work on implementation of CLM technologies and tools, including Gen AI technologies (such as Sirion, Icertis or equivalent) · Coordinate with clients to understand as-is processes and functional aspects of Legal and Contracting such as: contract types, business context for various contract types, processes on maintenance of standard templates and clauses, reviews, approvals, negotiations, amendments and approval processes, work-flows, amendments, renewals, contract digitization, obligations monitoring and others · Review processes to identify process and control gaps and inefficiencies · Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs, leveraging technology tools. · Coordinate with process owners and technology owners to define technology requirements to support assessment/evaluation project · Prepare business requirements documents · Perform data analysis on various aspects with an objective to prevent revenue and cost leakages: commercial and other critical terms in contracts, obligations monitoring, analysis of sales, purchases and other types of transactions.
