Preparation and filing of application with the Reserve Bank of India ('RBI') for obtaining registration as a 'Non-Banking Financial Company' and other regulatory approvals / clarifications. 2. Drafting of regulatory Policies, Charters of NBFCs. 3. Assisting NBFC Clients in complying with regulatory requirements prescribed under RBI's NBFC Directions. 4. Advising clients on regulatory matters under RBI's NBFC Directions. 5. Undertaking due diligence / review of NBFC Companies in line with RBI's NBFC Directions. 6. Assisting NBFCs on temporary deputation basis. 7. Incorporation of Company and undertaking compliances under Companies Act, FEMA and / or other regulations (this will be less than 25% of the overall work profile). 8. Other related regulatory works. Candidates having knowledge of NBFC Directions along with Companies Act, 2013, FEMA will be preferred.
