Manage provisioning, authentication, and authorization flows. Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Configure and maintain federation protocols (WSFED, SAML 2.0, OAuth2). Administer and troubleshoot directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, OpenDJ, SunOne). Support lifecycle management products (SailPoint IdentityIQ, MS FIM/MIM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system, user, and environmental issues. Document processes and contribute to operational excellence. Required Skill Sets: Strong IAM concepts (Provisioning, Authn, Authz, User Flows). Experience with containers and Docker. Strong federation concepts (WSFED, SAML 2.0, OAuth2). Good LDAP knowledge and hands-on experience with directory servers. Identity lifecycle management experience (SailPoint IdentityIQ, MS FIM/MIM). Basic understanding of networks, platforms, browsers, and operating systems. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Active Directory, OpenDJ, or SunOne Directory. Exposure to ADFS or ForgeRock OpenAM. Familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps practices. Strong troubleshooting skills for system, user, and environment issues. Prior experience in operations teams. Desired Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
