In Workday programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. Design and implement integrations using Workday Studio for seamless data exchange. 2. Build and manage third-party payroll system integrations ensuring accuracy and compliance. 3. Develop reusable integration patterns, error handling, and monitoring processes. 4. Collaborate across technical and functional teams during requirements gathering. 5. Test and deploy integrations within agreed timelines. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures proactively. 7. Document integration designs, processes, and solution architecture. 8. Optimize integration performance and security. 9. Guide knowledge transfer sessions on integration solutions.
