Responsibilities Design, architect, and implement enterprise automation solutions for operational and business requirements. Build and maintain cloud-native platforms and automation frameworks across AWS and Azure environments. Design and implement serverless and event-driven architectures using cloud-native services. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management solutions. Build and support CI/CD pipelines for platform, application, and automation deployments. Develop automation solutions using Python, Shell Scripting, APIs, and cloud services. Manage platform operations, system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability initiatives. Evaluate business problems, create proof-of-concepts, recommend technical solutions, and drive implementation through production deployment. Design and implement AI-enabled automation solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, cloud AI services, and intelligent workflows. Implement logging, monitoring, observability, and operational reporting solutions. Support cloud governance, security, performance optimization, and cost optimization initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform solutions.
