" Responsibilities: Job Description Act as the primary client-facing consultant conducting requirement gathering and co-creation sessions with business, operations and tech stakeholders; leading solution design and implementation management Shape and validate client problem statements, propose solutions and translate business vision into a transformation strategy. Additionally, define product features, MVP scope and roadmaps to achieve client objectives and business vision Run workshops and stakeholder interviews to map current-state processes, understand pain points and design user journeys Facilitate design thinking and rapid prototyping exercises with client teams. Prepare client-ready artifacts — client presentations, assessment reports, process maps and requirement documents Lead client-facing vendor assessments and demos Work closely with the implementation teams, to clarify functionalities, understand integrations and oversee implementation progress Drive UAT and acceptance activities with client stakeholders; coach client SMEs on test scenarios and adoption planning. Act as a trusted advisor to client product owners — challenge assumptions, identify quick wins, and escalate risks and dependency issues with mitigation plans. Support thought leadership and go-to-market activities by contributing client insights, case studies and solution concepts that address wealth-management challenges. Manage and build upon own network of connections and relationships as well as PwC's existing network within the AMCs, wealth management and/or system vendor community to further develop the practice and contribute to the sales Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients Identify and discuss key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunities Drive pre-sales and pitch activities: lead RFP responses, develop solution approaches, estimate effort and risk, and co-present proposals and demos to client executive committees. Orchestrate stakeholder governance: establish steering committees, run executive status updates, obtain decision sign-offs and manage escalation paths to keep programs on track. Essential Skills Experience in Wealth Management/AMCs with exposure to Retail, HNI/UHNI and Family Office segments. Proven track record of leading complex digital transformations or platform implementations for wealth firms, covering retail, HNI/UHNI and family office clients Deep understanding of wealth products & asset classes (mutual funds, equities, bonds, structured products, derivatives, alternative investments, managed accounts), advisory models and performance measurement Wealth transformation experience with focus on technology including core wealth management systems, order management systems, back office and reconciliation systems Strong understanding of systems integrations, APIs, data flows, trade lifecycle and reconciliation/settlement processes. Experience producing business requirements, process maps, user stories and leading UAT. Comfortable with product thinking: roadmaps, prioritization, backlog grooming Strong executive presence and good communications and interpersonal skills Strong Project Management and Commercial skills Strong people and program management skills: planning, budgeting, risk mitigation and delivery assurance.
