Job Description & Summary: A career within Operations Consulting , will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. Responsibilities • Develop in-depth knowledge of Operations Consulting offerings, tools and methodologies, credentials across industries and engagement models • Deliver projects as per contract – initially under the guidance of the Project Manager and gradually developing independent project management skill – ensure value delivery to client – work with the client team as per the designed approach • Always look out for opportunities for delivering value to client and thereby ensure maximum client satisfaction leading to repeat business/ positive feedback • Build strong client relationships during delivery and help client personnel identify specific problems and chalk out solutions • Participate in Business Development activities of the firm; research on potential clients and identify value proposition, proposal making • Take up team wide initiatives targeted at improving delivery/ introducing new products • Build and continuously update Domain Knowledge in • Needs to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries. • Needs to have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure.
