Lead design and implementation of Workday data models ensuring consistency for HCM and Finance. 2. Oversee data migration and ETL processes across Workday modules. 3. Build, optimize, and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboard solutions. 4. Collaborate with business teams to translate data needs into technical specifications. 5. Validate and reconcile data during implementation, upgrades, and audits. 6. Ensure Workday data governance, security, and compliance protocols are adhered to. 7. Identify and resolve complex data-related issues affecting system performance or reporting. 8. Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes. 9. Train internal teams and clients on Workday data best practices. 10.
