" Job Description & Summary: A career within Deals Business Recovery Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our clients survive an imminent crisis or simply fix gaps in their organization. Responsibilities: • Assist the Resolution Professional and work in coordination with support team to manage the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) of company as per the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). • Assist in taking control over banking arrangements & operations of corporate debtor. • Managing and monitoring the cash flows, budgeting and other related activities. • Assist Independent business review to identify the key issues faced by the company and developing viable solutions to overcome the same. • Assist in preparation of Information Memorandum, Express of Interest, Request for Resolution Plan (RFRP) and monitoring compliances under various laws (corporate, GST, income tax) as applicable. to the Company. • Assist in reaching out to potential FI’s for raising interim funding for the company. • Assist in setting up and managing of data room to reach out potential resolution applicants, and resolve their queries. • Assist in compliance check of resolution plans as per IBC and RFRP document. • Coordinating with members of the CoC and other external experts such as Forensic Auditors, Valuers, Process Advisors. • Financial Analysis and cashflow monitoring for assignment (other than IBC) • Preparation of pitch deck for presentations to prospective client for business development. • MIS Management Mandatory skill sets: Restructuring Services Preferred skill sets: Restructuring Services Years of experience required: 1-2 Education qualification: Graduate Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor Degree, Master Degree Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Infrared Radiation (IR), IRA Planning Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Acquisition Strategy, Active Listening, Business Valuations, Buyouts, Capital Raising, Client Confidentiality, Client Management, Client Onboarding, Communication, Contract Negotiation, Contractual Agreements, Corporate Development, Data Analysis, Data Rooms, Deal Sourcing, Deal Structures, Debt Restructuring, Discounted Cash Flow Valuation, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Financial Forecasting {+ 24 more} Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
