Responsibilities: Business Analyst responsible for managing multiple projects, driving stakeholder and client engagement, and ensuring end-to-end delivery through strong functional and technical alignment. Key Responsibilities •Manage client stakeholders and act as primary interface with delivery teams •Lead requirement gathering and closure; prepare BRD, FRD within timelines •Handle multiple projects/workstreams with ownership of delivery, timelines, and quality •Drive project management & governance (planning, tracking, risk/issue management) •Manage Agile delivery via JIRA (backlog, sprints, tracking) •Provide direction to development & testing teams, ensure smooth execution and UAT closure •Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements Mandatory skill sets: Key Skills •5–7 years in Business Analysis / Project Delivery roles •Experience in multi-project, client-facing environments Strong stakeholder & client management •Project management and multi-tasking ability •Proficiency in JIRA & Agile •Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, Cloud •Excellent communication & problem-solving skills Preferred skill sets: Good to Have · Certification in Project Management tools, Agile etc. Years of experience required: •5–7 years in Business Analysis / Project Delivery roles Education qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM.
