INA BRAND MANAGER

Ina is a small skincare brand seeking the right individual to help build and grow it. This person will focus daily on the brand, coordinating with sales accounts and outside contractors. This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity for someone who is smart, creative and self-motivated to manage and help build an empowering brand for women, while being involved in all facets of the business. This position will grow as the brand grows.
Opportunity exists for commissions or bonuses.

NECESSARY SKILL SET:

• 5-10 years marketing and/or sales experience
• Eagerness to be hands-on and wear many hats to lead brand growth
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office; Word, Powerpoint, Excel/spreadsheet development
• Experience with Shopify, Squarespace and Klaviyio platforms; TikTok Shop is a plus
• Experience in Quickbooks, or ability to learn
• Experience with Photoshop/photo editing and/or InDesign/page layout is a plus
• Copywriting skills a plus

  Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
