EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or client services is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with clients on the phone.
