JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking several enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team. SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data entry and record management.
  • Experience in customer service or client services, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and cash handling processes is a plus.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills in challenging situations.
