Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer concerns by providing clear information, troubleshooting, or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Document and update client records accurately within internal systems.
  • Manage a steady flow of calls while maintaining high levels of service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
