Clementine Services is a family-run company specialising in electrical and plumbing services for private households. Based in Wallsend, we support hundreds of local customers who rely on us for fast, professional repairs and maintenance.
We’re growing fast and are now looking for an experienced Inbound Call Specialist with a background in property repair services to join our support desk.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound calls from householders reporting issues that require electrical, plumbing or general maintenance work.
  • Log and sort incoming repair requests based on urgency, trade type, and location.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm details, provide updates, and follow up on service quality.
  • Assign tradespeople to jobs and manage diary schedules.
  • Handle service complaints and queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process deposits and ensure all job-related data is captured accurately.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar role is required – especially handling inbound calls for property maintenance, housing repairs, or facilities services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and confident use of booking/CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Knowledge of common domestic repair issues (plumbing, electrics, heating) is an asset.
