Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Inbound Call Centre Representative to join our client.
Contract Dates: 3 months with potential to convert
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
• Process various transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedureswhile adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs)
