The team is trained to generate leads, identify potential buyers, qualify clients and maximise the potential of an existing database.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for experienced inbound call centre agents to join our energetic and supportive team in South Yarra. This is a casual, part-time position ideal for someone with a background in customer service or inbound sales.
You’ll be answering incoming calls, updating client records, and setting appointments. There’s a sales element to the role, so confidence and strong communication skills are a must.

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers
• Update and manage client records
• Promote services and book appointments
• Accurately record call notes and outcomes
