THE OPPORTUNITY

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a driven Inbound eCommerce Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for inbound sales, working with our ecommerce platform, TruPar.com.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration
  • Prior experience working with an ecommerce platform and/or CRM system is an asset
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Coachable and a willing to continuously learn

Responsibilities

As the eCommerce Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound sales leads received by phone, chat, and email requests
  • Responding to form submissions and efficiently delivering accurate quotes to customers
  • Guiding customers with identifying the correct parts and upselling where appropriate
  • Collaborating with Customer Service Representatives and Account Executives
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with repeat customers
  • Maintaining accurate information in the CRM
