Training will be completed on site, once completed you may have the option to work on a hybrid model where you would do a mixture of home and siteworking each week.

Responding to emails and answering calls from customers regarding their online orders.
Maintaining a high standard of quality work to ensure that customers are treated fairly.
Reporting to your Team Manager.
Where necessary, referring issues to relevant internal/external departments using correct escalation procedures.
Representing the brand well and ensuring customers are kept satisfied.
Written communication with customers in_ Italian & English._
